so here's how we work together -- or, our design process

Working with a graphic designer often prompts questions. Clients want to know how we keep their project moving ahead quickly, smoothly, and cost-effectively. Here's how we do it:

  1. First, we'll ask you a few questions about you and your project: What products or services do you offer? What do you want to accomplish? What makes you unique? What have you budgeted for your needs? When do you need your project finished?
  2. After you confirm your desire to work with us, we start gathering information for your project's creative brief. The creative brief helps us understand your preferences, target audience, and the specific objectives you need to accomplish. Think of it as the blueprint for your project.
  3. Next, we establish a production schedule of critical dates that works backward from your deadline. Items on the schedule might include the date we'll need the copy for your project (if you're supplying it) or the date when concepts will be ready for review.
  4. By far, the best part of the Element K Creative design process is when we deliver your project on time with results even better than you expected.
