1. Can we see some of your work?
   Absolutely! Our portfolio has samples of our work and several case studies on identity and communication challenges we've solved for clients.
2. How much does it cost to work with you?
   Costs depend on the project scope, budget, and deadlines. Because projects are infinitely customizable to a client's budget, we'll always ask what amount you plan to invest in your project and tailor solutions to fit your specific needs.
3. How long will my project take?
   Every project is different. Once we understand the scope of your project, we create a schedule that works backward from your deadline.
4. What are your business hours?
   Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST
   Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. EST
   Element K is closed weekends, major holidays, and the week between Christmas and New Year's.
